Bureau Technical Services was engaged to oversee and manage a planned TP Monopile to Transition Piece seal repair campaign on the Burbo Bank Windfarm.

Our primary task was to ensure that all specifications were achieved, the ITP was adhered to, and repairs were completed to a good and acceptable standard.

Including:

• Surface preparation was conducted to remove the existing system and prepare for the new application.
• Complete concrete repair methods to the client’s specifications.
• Ensuring correct curing time was adhered to
• Application of the new application and final coat of Topcoat

Final walkdowns and sign off, along with detailed reporting
