BTS was awarded the Fabrication Supervision and Quality Management framework by EnBW in early 2023 covering the complete fabrication of the Foundations, Secondary Structures, WTG Tower and Blades packages.

Our scope consists of Project Management and Fabrication Supervision during the manufacturing and fabrication process of 64 turbines, packages include: Transition Pieces, Platforms, Towers, Monopiles and all associated secondary steel items (boat landing, main access platform, access ladders)

Our scope including the below covers multiple sites such as: Smulders, SIF, Steelwind, Vestas Blades and Buss Terminal across the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, and China.

• Package and Project Quality Management
• Fabrication Supervision – Witnessing and monitoring daily NFI’s between BTS inspectors and sites.
• Daily, weekly, monthly reporting on quality and progress Vs contractor scheduling
• As built documentation tracking and closure.
• Raising and closing of punch lists and findings for non-conforming items.
• Closure and tracking of NCR’s
