Project Description

We provided Saipem with inspection, repair, and maintenance services on the S7000 vessel for the Seagreen WTG installation project. This included deploying several GWO-certified Multi- Discipline Rope Access teams, each consisting of approximately three personnel, to carry out flange lifting tool disengagement tasks.

Our project management services ensured seamless coordination, stringent quality assurance, and effective quality control. We diligently managed procedures, conducted thorough risk assessments, prepared detailed method statements, and delivered comprehensive QA/QC documentation throughout the project.
